Sechaone Coffee is looking for passionate and dedicated Full Time Baristas to join our team.

 

You will be responsible for managing front-of-house operations and delivering the best coffee and matcha experience to our customers.

 

 

Salary Range

​RM1800/month (+ monthly KPI bonus)

 

 

Duties

• Perform opening and closing procedures of the café, ensuring the storefront is well prepared and maintained.

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages according to Sechaone Coffee standards.

• Maintain café cleanliness and standards throughout operating hours while following health and safety guidelines.

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly service.

• Answer customer questions with patience, confidence, and professionalism.

• Maintain a professional appearance while on duty with proper grooming and uniform.

• Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members.

 

Qualifications

• No prior experience as a barista is required (training will be provided).

• Strong attention to detail.

• Passion for excellent customer service.

• Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

• Commitment to a full-time schedule (40+ hours per week), 5 working days.

• 1–2 months probation period before confirmation as permanent staff.

 

Physical Requirements

• Presentable, neat, and in good health condition.

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift (at least 8 hours).

• Ability to work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other café working conditions.
